Transport and Insurance law associate

Your profile

  • You have 3 to 6 years of experience at the bar.
  • You are a native Dutch speaker or have an excellent command of Dutch (spoken and written).
  • You demonstrate legal rigor, enjoy working in a team, and have a strong desire to learn.
  • Knowledge of the insurance sector or the transport industry – particularly air transport – is an asset.

Your responsiblities

  • Actively participate in handling a variety of cases in transport and insurance law.
  • Support our clients in complex litigation and regulatory issues.

Transport and insurance law junior associate

Your profile

  • 0 to 2 years experience in a law firm.
  • You are a native Dutch speaker or have an excellent command of Dutch (spoken and written).
  • Keen interest in the aviation, transport, and insurance sectors (previous experience is an advantage but not a requirement).
  • Excellent writing skills, rigor, analytical skills, and team spirit.

Your responsibilities

  • Drafting legal opinions, contracts, conclusions, and procedural documents.
  • Analyzing files, conducting legal research, and monitoring regulations.
  • Participating in hearings and client meetings.
