Edern Thébaud

Edern is head of the Health and Food department.

His practice focuses on agri-food law, health products (drugs, pharmaceutical and phytopharmaceutical products, medical devices, and cosmetics) and health care institutions, both under European Union rules and under Belgian and French law. Within this framework, Edern provides its private and institutional clients with a 360° approach in order to offer them close assistance while taking into account the specificities of their sector.

Edern holds a Doctorate in Law from the University of Nantes (France) and in Legal Sciences from the Université Libre de Bruxelles (Belgium). Before joining the bar, Edern worked as a parliamentary attaché at the French Senate.

In addition to his legal profession, Edern teaches at the Université du Littoral Côte d’Opale (France.
