Dominique Claes has been a member of the Brussels Bar since 1984 and is a partner of the firm. He holds a Master of Law from the University of Louvain (1982) and a postgraduate degree in Economic and Commercial Sciences from ICHEC (1983).

He is a recognised specialist in employment law, with extensive expertise in both individual and collective labour relations. His practice focuses on complex employment matters, including corporate restructuring and complementary pension schemes.

In parallel with his practice as a lawyer, Dominique Claes has long been involved in the transmission of his expertise. He formerly taught employment law at EPHEC and participated in the CAPA training programme for pupil barristers at the Brussels Bar.

He is a former president of the Association des Juristes Praticiens du Droit Social (A.J.P.D.S.) and regularly contributes to the field through publications and speaking engagements at employment law conferences.
