Leslie Izoret

Leslie is a member of the Paris Bar.  She practices general business and transport law assisting companies, both large groups and SMEs, in the day-to-day management of their activities and she accompanies them in their development strategies as well as in the distribution of their products and services both in France and internationally.

Leslie has also developed a solid expertise in Personal Data Protection, Intellectual Property Law, and Media & Information Technology. She regularly advises key players in the audio-visual and film production sector, such as broadcasters and digital platforms, among others by drafting and negotiating complex contracts, assisting in global commercial or distribution deals, ensuring the adoption of appropriate contractual instruments such as licensing agreements, joint venture agreements, acquisition agreements, or SLA agreements to achieve clients’ targeted goals. Litigation is also an integral part of Leslie’s practise.

Leslie has also obtained the CIPP/E certification issued by the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP) enabling Leslie to ensure DPO missions since 2019 thanks to her advanced data protection skills set.
